UCV/ IS ENGLISH IMPORTANT ?
i think every teacher (including ESL/EFL teachers) need to know English at a basic level at least, but why is reality facing crashing on ourselves? do we care about this or is just that people are hired based on their family ties or connections to somebody in the boardrooms of ANY institutions? we need to study and feel proud of what we achieved in language teaching...dear UCV students...study...be teachers at heart.

This is totally true. Teachers should know how to speak, read and write English, which is one of the most spoken languages in the world. It has become so necessary that learning this language is a great advantage. Besides that, professional people should be hired for the knowledge and skills they have acquired through their years of experience, not for the relationship they have with someone in the insitution they'll work for.

ResponderEliminarI'm agree with this because gifted people through the history were very eccentric and with a difficult personality and most of them are really introvert and with a strange behaviour.Nowadays you can be a gifted people all dependes about how can to shine light upon something that you want only close your eyes and discover your talent....jorge Hernandes Suarez(Intermedio 1)
ResponderEliminarIn our country English teachers are usually thought to be ones who don't master the language. It is essential that they know it at least at a basic level; but with this young new generation I can notice certain improvement. C.D.A.O.
